Foreign Minister Dr. David Tawei Lee hosts the Commencement for the newly recruited diplomatic and administrative personnel at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on July 21, 2017. Minister Lee encourages all graduates to keep the passion, develop strong team spirit, and constantly enrich themselves with knowledge, to become a competent diplomat.
