The President of International Immigrants Foundation leads a delegation to visit Taiwan

Mr. Edward Juarez-Pagliocco, President of the International Immigrants Foundation, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C.(Taiwan),is scheduled to visit Taiwan from Oct.8 to Oct.10. During his stay, Mr. Juarez-Pagliocco will, apart from attending the ceremonial activities of the National Day celebration, call on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission; Council of Labor Affairs, Ministry of Interior Affairs, etc..
Mr. Edward Juarez-Pagliocco will call on immigration related governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations in Taiwan to learn about the policy on immigration and the development of civil society and related activities, in addition, views and practical experience with representatives from public and private sectors accordingly.
The International Immigrants Foundation, founded in 1973 by Mr. Juarez-Pagliocco in New York and organizes International Immigrants Parade annually since 1986, is a not-for-profit foundation dedicated primarily for immigration and human rights affairs, and provides, with all its efforts, legal and human rights protection services to immigrants.（E）
