On May 2, 2024, IDIA welcomed around 70 students, who take the course on “Lectures of Diplomatic Practices”, led by Associate Professor Fuchang Chang of Graduate Institute of European Studies, Tamkang University.
Amb. Charles LIU of the IDIA gave a lecture on international etiquette to the students with the theme "Starting with Dining and Drinking at Banquets".
In addition, Minister Ken Wei-chung Lai also shared experience on foreign affairs and diplomacy-related issues durning the visit with these stududentes.
