The following documents should be enclosed with the note verbale/official letter:
1. Transfer Agreement (Chinese Version).
2. 2 copies of Vehicle Transfer Registration Form.
3. Copy of Vehicle Registration.
4. Copy of vehicle insurance card.
5. Copy of Tax certificate.
6. 2 copies of the Vehicle Registration Modification Form.
7. 3 copies of the New Vehicle License Plate Registration Form should be included for the application of new vehicle license plates.
