The following documents should be enclosed with the note verbale/official letter: Copies of ID card and passport. After the documents are approved, applicants will be informed to go to the airport office to have a picture taken. The airport passes will be issued there the same day. Only reciprocal DMFO and their staff members qualify as applicants.
