I. Before purchase and import, the applying DMFO should send a letter which includes a list with the brand and the quantity of the duty-free alcohol or tobacco to be imported.
II. The following documents should be submitted:
- 4 copies of the Application Form for Duty-Free Articles Imported/Exported by Diplomatic Missions/Foreign Offices
- Packing list
- Bill of lading (air waybill)
III. Duty-free alcohol and tobacco are not for resale.
IV. The import of duty-free alcohol and tobacco should be reasonable in quantity.
Only reciprocal DMFO and their staff members qualify as applicants.
