IDIA Chief Secretary Ding Chi-hua extended a warm welcome to Associate Professor Dr. Naomi Chi and her students from the Project Naruwan, Public Policy Research Institute of Hokkaido University. During the meeting, the students and alumni asked questions about Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations, the political situation and regional security in the Indo-Pacific region, and the policies and strategies of our institution in training diplomatic personnel for Taiwan.
