The President of the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs(IDIA). Amb. Andrea S.Y. Lee attended the closing ceremony of the "Mandarin Program in Taiwan" on September 28th. In his speech, President Lee commended that the program has been actively nurturing individuals from diplomatic allies, and achieving remarkable results. He praised two of the students for their improved proficiency in Mandarin and reiterated that IDIA will continue fostering exchange and collaboration with foreign allies and their young diplomats worldwide through this program.
