IDIA President Amb. Andrea S.Y. Lee extended a warm welcome to Deputy Foreign Minister of Guatemala, Roberto Alfredo Palma Urzúa, and Ambassador of Guatemala accredited to Taiwan, Oscar Padilla Lam. During the meeting, President Lee illustrated the key activities of the IDIA and the successful programs in collaborating with Guatemala. President Lee also expressed keen interest on fostering further collaboration between the two diplomatic training institutes in the near future.
