2023年由美國擔任主辦會員，辦會主題為「為各方創造具韌性且永續的未來」(Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All)，並設定三大優先領域，包括：
(一)「互連：建立具韌性及相互連結的區域以增進具廣泛基礎的經濟繁榮」(Interconnected: Building a resilient and interconnected region that advances broad-based economic prosperity)；
(二)「創新：為永續未來打造有助創新的環境」(Innovative: Enabling an innovative environment for a sustainable future)；
(三)「包容：為各方樹立衡平且包容的未來」(Inclusive: Affirming an equitable and inclusive future for all)。
